Oh I see. And the GTK and Win32 clients just plug into system fonts
instead?

Anyway, then we have a bigger problem. Non-latin localizations won't
work at all in SDL client or other clients that use the default Freeciv
font.

For example: This is what the main menu with the current Japanese
localization looks like.
