I think rather than changing all names to be adjectives we should change them all to be nouns.


I believe many strings depend on the fact than nation names are adjectives. For example the title of the Intelligence popup window in GTK2 client: "Foreign Intelligence: Indian Empire" etc.

If you want singular nouns (we already have plural in the <plural=_("?plural...")> tag) it'd be better to add a new tag: <singular=_("?singular...")>
