[Freeciv-Dev] Default group

Continuing the discussion on what kind of group that should be selected 
as default in the nation selection screen

We can agree on that the current default of "All" is not practical with 
the current number of nations.
What about a "Classic" or "Civ" group containing the nations of the 
classic Civilization games (Civ1+2 i guess)? Or perhaps four groups: 
Civ1, Civ2, Civ3 and Civ4...
