I think what we want as the default despotism title, is something that 
reflects a very early and primitive form of government. You start out 
with despotism in 4000 BC, and as soon you discover monarchy or 
republic, you change and never look back. Are there any reasons anyone 
change back to despotism later in the game?

So what about "Chieftain" as despotism title?
