Here's the Soviet nation by Egor Vyscrebentsov posted over at:

I made it up to date with CVS. To avoid the "modern"-controversy, I  
decided not to put it into any time group: Only European and Asian.  
Also a few minor changes in grammar and formatting.

Flag already in the distribution.
