The city-occupied sprites of *some* city styles in amplio are buggy
(offset by the wrong amount). The attached screenshot shows this.
You have to disable the enchanced citybar (in the client options dialog)
to see this. Also, some other city styles use a different type of
graphic (a city-wall type of sprite) to show occupancy; maybe these city
styles were supposed to do the same?
