1:1 ratio flags (e.g. Swiss) looks ridiculously oversized, especially
compared to the puny 2:1 ones.
It would produce a more uniform look if the vertical size of flags was
limited to that of 3:2 ratio flags. Just an esthetic detail, of
course...
