In the Debian default Gnome theme, the city produktion progress bar has
nearly the same color as the text in the bar which gives the being built
item and shields. For S2 CVS.

Has this something to do with themes and missing theme support for S2?
Is this bad luck with the chosen theme and (not sure) colors? Is something
else buggy here? Can we fix it?
