Ok, but now a new wonder for saving food is needed ;-)

Obviously, every nation NOT building a Hoover Dam should get a food bonus ;-) 

Actually the logic for the pyramids was a bit flawed since I suppose
building the pyramids was made possible by food excess, not the other
way around.
