[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#13435) Error message in windows 2000

Hello
A friend of mine (who uses Windows 2000) gets the following error message 
when we try to start a game via a server: "civclient hat in <unbekannt> 
einen fehler verursacht" ( "civclient has caused an error in <unknown>"). He 
has installed the package Freeciv-2.0.2-win32-gtk2-setup.exe without 
problems and is able to connect to a server.

We don't know how to solve this problem, is this a known error?
