[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#13291) Request for Modification - Nation Flag "Malaysia"

Dear Developers,

Attached is the corrected flag file for Malaysia (30x30 in PNG format).

Note that the Malaysia Flag has the colours Red, White, Yellow, and  
Deep Blue

Superficially the same as the American Flag, there are 14 Stripes, 7  
each for White and Red Symbolizing the 13 States of The Federation  
and the 1 Federal Territory.

The Yellow Crescent moon is on the Upper Left corner, symbolizing the  
official region of the Federation: Islam. (Of course, there are other  
religious denominations, but that is beyond the point)

The yellow 14-pointed star on the right of the yellow crescent moon  
symbolize again the 13 states and 1 federal territory
