No, it is blue for major messages and red for minor.

Black just means that window has not changed.

Whatever :-). Colors mean different things in different cultures
anyway. For a Chinese, red is the color of happiness. For a Westerner
it usually means blood. The current scheme is just like X-Chat. If you
want a different color scheme, I'm ok with it.
