This modpack depends on the PR#12716 fix. You can avoid this patch if you
do not use 'aifill', however.

This is pretty basic at this point, mostly a testbed for modpacking at
this time, to see how far Freeciv can go in this area. However, I intend
for this to be a full mod some time in the future.

This is intended for short, intensive multiplayer games between one alien
player and several human players. You can play several aliens, too, but it
is recommended that the ratio of aliens to humans is kept low.

The alien player starts with one settler, and is unable to build more
cities. The only way she can gain more cities is by conquest - fortunately
the alien player is very good at conquering cities, and her units are both
cheap to produce and free of upkeep. In fact, alien units are so good at
attacking cities that it is a recommended that human players build
defenses outside their cities, in fortresses, to stop alien onslaughts.

Once the alien player conquers a human city, she may choose to build the
Behemoth unit. This unit is near invincible, but eats an enormous amount
of food, and will not stop until the city that produced it has perished.
So do not let the alien player gain control of any of your cities, or you
may be in deep trouble.

On the bright side, for human players, they can build as many cities as
want, and if they manage to find and kill the alien Queen, they win the
game instantly.

The AI does not handle these games very well. As human, it does not
properly realize the danger it is in during the early game, and gets
killed easily. As alien, it only builds capitalization and does not even
change government... gotta check that out.

We also need a way for modpack author to specify default diplomatics. The
alien player should not have to declare war on humans, while the humans
should default to peace between each other.

Yes - the graphics are horrible. They are placeholders. Feel free to make
new ones...
