Display # of turns till unit is idle over unit (reaching destination,
irrigating/mining/building/terraforming ...).  When worker-type units
are combined, show shortest possible combined build time when units are
working together.  If two engineers are building a railroad and one is
irrigating, display one of the two engineers building the railroad with
a number 1 above it (R1).  Show r for road, R for railroad, i for
irrigation, I for farmland, M for mine, T for terraform, F for fortress.

If a group of worker-type units are building roads along a path, for
example and they have the same path, (same start-end points), show the #
of turns till they reach the common destination and are forecast to be
idle there.
