[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#12632) Files with DOS line endings

I propose to add the attached script to the tests dir. Also the two
files should be converted to the "one true way" ;)

$ ./tests/find_dos_files.sh
# Report source files which have DOS line endings.
./client/gui-win32/canvas.h: ASCII English text, with CRLF line terminators
./client/gui-win32/sprite.h: ASCII English text, with CRLF line terminators
