Hello,

Here an unfair exploit when being in team (in the game where we
found out about it = team with an ai):

1. team is researching tech X.
2. I change goal to Y and current research to Z
3. We immidiately get tech Z (if enough points).
4. I change research to Y.
5. We immidiately get Y (if enough points).
6. I change research back to X
    -> same state of research as in X, just two techs (Y,Z) more.
    No loss of researchpoints !

Should be fixed before final I think ...
