Hi!

I use freeciv2.0-beta8 in hungarian. 

1. There are several problems with character encodings:

  - In Reports there are $s and other characters. Sometime can't see correct   
  messages. (Five best cities..., demography, General messages in chat window)

  - if I connect to a linux server, the reports are correct. BUT at
city names can't
   give non ASCII characters. - sais the client. ( with windows server
i can give
   them )

2. Can't turn off fullscreen at Local options. I have unchecked the
checkbox, but nothings happend. ( pressed the button next turn )

3. The Litvanians using Hungarian citynames too. (it's not a big
problem. but why?)
