    I have seen this too - only not in the science report.  I saw
it a city report.

    The zeroes appeared in the lower half of the left panel (where
"Change in:", "Corruption:", etc. are located).  IIRC, the format of
the lower part of that panel also changed.  The zeroes lined up in a
single column along the left edge of the panel.

    So I closed the city report and reopened it.  Then it looked
normal again.  I haven't seen the problem since then.

   Same here too.  Win32 native binary of 2.0.0.B7.  Also W98SE.
