All game messages in the game are prefixed by 'Game: ', although none seem
to understand why. It takes up valuable screen real estate. So here is a
mammoth patch to remove it (1.8mb).

Oddly enough, the 'Game: ' prefixed creates a few duplicate messages for
translations. So I had to go in and fix these manually.
