CVS 25 DEC 2004 S2 GTK2

When the civclient stops (due to an unfilled assert for example) the
civserver continues to run for a short period of time.

Time is enough to create 1 or more savegames.

It seems that autotoggle == 1 let the civserver make the last human AI and
run an AI-only game.

Maybe autotoggle shouldn't do that? (Only when other humans are present)

Maybe autotoggle shouldn't be default?

The next bug I report is related but different.
