[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#11262) Already Focus-problems

I'm using KDE 3.3.1 with the gtk2-client (GTK 2.4.13) and tested
freeciv 2.0.0-beta4.
If I'm under KDE there is a Focus-Problem at the buying-Dialog in
the cities!
If I press Buy nothing happens, but i can't do anything else in
my City-Window after it. If i press Alt-Tab I see a window called
"buying" in the window-list, but I can't activate it.
If I minimize the main-window from freeciv I can activate it now
and can select Yes or No to Buy it and after maximizing my
freeciv-Window everything is ok.

If I'm using another windowmanager (twm, icewm) the Buying-Window
appears correctly!
