Great Library discoveries claim 'acquired by a building'

When a player creates the Great Library and it grants a technology, it's
reported as being "acquired by a building". 

Reproduction: 
1. Launch Freeciv 2.0 Beta 4. 
2. Create a game with several ai and set your player on the path to
discover the Great Library
3. When the Great Library is discovered, continue until it provides a
new technology. 
4. Examine the output window
===>>> Notice it says '...acquired from a building.'


Expected Results:
Should say '...acquired from the Great Library'.


Impact: 
Confusing. The player will properly infer that it was acquired from the
Great Library, but it's such a common wonder to build that many players
will see the error.
