CVS 21 NOV 2004 S2 GTK2

There are still update problems with the left bar display.

Note that the bug presensts itself different, depending whether you look at
it after load or while the game. You can take the savegame as a testcase.

The plus (+) sign in the icon is not updated properly for the caravels.
