The "How to Contribute" web page says the preferred method of submitting
bugs is to Create new ticket in the Web Interface.
After clicking on Web Interface, I get a login screen. guest, guest has
read only access and should create tickets by emailing to bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx.
I emailed rtadmin@xxxxxxxxxxx, to get a userid. However, the email could
not be delivered.
Consequently, I shall submit my patch to bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx.
Is it possible to get a userid, or should I always submit to
bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx?
