But two 'identical' votes in the eyes of a palyer are often not
identical to a parsing code. So

  /ai perr
  /ai perrin

are two different votes, unless we do some non-trivial rewriting of the
vote code, I think. Same with capital letters and different number of
whitespace and so on.
