[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#10647) gtk2 startscreen: titles for network tabs aren't helpful

The GTK2 startscreen has a "connect to network game" page.  There are 
two tabs here:

   "Connect to Metaserver Game"
   "Connect to LAN Game"

but for a typical newbie user these are probably not understandable.  I 
would instead suggest:

   "Connect to Global Game"
   "Connect to Local Game"

the former isn't perfect, but is better than "metaserver" which will 
surely not be understood by new computer users.  The latter is good 
since it's both understandable and technically accurate.
