This latest version adds a main page image, saves to a special save
directory, adds a scenario page, and a lan tab to the network page, plus
other fixes. Should be feature complete. There is still old redundant
code that can be removed, but this should be done post commit.

I still need to make the simplified save dialog. This can be done with
the regular input dialog used for choosing city names.
