I ran the game with CVS from "Oct 2 08:31 +0300".  However I got an
assertion in +1920.

civserver: sanitycheck.c:359: check_players: Assertion
`pplayer_can_ally(pplayer, pplayer2)' failed.

Suggestion: lets do lots of debugging on the stable branch, so we have
to spend less time worrying about fiddling with CVS.
