I've been using the patch for several games now.  I just finished setting up the
gtk2 goto dialog to print the value for each city along with the city name, 
using
the default caravan parameter; seems to work.  However, we'd really want to have
a GUI element that allowed changing the parameter, and allowed sorting by value.
