[Freeciv-Dev] Re: Compiling freeciv using MSYS, MinGW, and Eclipse 3.0

Ah-ha! It was the MinGW Tools package from BitWalk that I didn't have! 
Thanks for the help. After installing the Bitwalk tools I could compile it.
