I've uploaded a new patch for the 22 of July CVS snapshot:

Now it's possible to select a nation in the CLIENT_SELECT_RACE_STATE
state with the command "select" (four arguments needed).

I want the command "select" to be "select nation", but probably I'm
doing something wrong, bison doesn't accepts it.
