How/Why does conndlg require this? I'm asking since I can't imagine too many ways of requiring this without breaking 'make install'. Err, is 'make install' regularly used by any developer/nightly build? Looking some Makefile.ams and such it seems to me that there is problems with it, but maybe I have just not understood how thinks work. I'm not going to test it myself when I have only cygwin system to play with. I don't want to be "always root" while suspicious if 'make install' does what I tell it to do.
