That does make sense.  I don't know if it'll give better gameplay, 
though.  I don't much care either way.

I'm not sure if there's a formal definition for "stack".

What I meant was, does the player just have to have a unit on the tile? 
  Or do they have to have a unit inside the container to see other units 
in that container?
