Unfortunately autoheader seems to work. i test it on todays GDAL and
lincity cvs. And some times ago i successfully compiled (by using autogen.sh)
freeciv cvs HEAD with same autotools.

PS I reinstall autoconf, automake and m4 packages, but this give no effect.
