I'm making a modpack called GreyCiv. I've uploaded patches to
pub/freeciv/incoming called freeciv-cvs-Jan-23-greyciv-0.1.diff and
freeciv-1.14.1-greyciv-0.1.diff as well as a readme called README-GreyCiv
(also included at the end of this email). I'm not sure if this is the
proper place to email about this . . . if it isn't, sorry . . . but check
it out ;) If it is, good. I'll also CC this to the webmaster in case I'm
wrong (which I probably am)

README-GreyCiv:
Current version: 0.1
GreyCiv is a modpack to FreeCiv by Gregory Richards with two goals. One is
to add features similar to some of the features from CivIII to FreeCiv, and
the other is to add things that I (Gregory Richards) thought would be good.
Each version of GreyCiv has it's own version number, as well as the FreeCiv
version number upon which it is based.
Current features of GreyCiv:
1) Population loyalty
When you take over a city, some of it's inhabitants will remain
loyal to their original master. They cause disorder. They will, however,
eventually give up. In a later version, you will be able to convert them
into slave labor :)
