And...I think I'm finished.

I'm not sure if I redirected every call properly, but save games from an
autogame DO match.

A lot of it isn't pretty, though.  I basically made little messy patches
over what was supposed to be fairly straightforward code, which used
a unit_type->build_cost or a impr_type->build cost directly.

Now, to implement accelerated production...
