Here a savegame where i can reproduce the bug.

Login as pille, open science report, press turn done.

Ceremonial Burial 48/50  [XX-------------]

Closing and after that opening the report:

Ceremonial Burial 8/60  [XX-------------]

So it is a client bug in the gtk2-client.
