Well, I cleaned up my patch quite a bit (turns out those automagically
generated *_gen.* files weren't in the example diff_ignore) and reduced
the diff file size to around 27kb uncompressed.

In addition to using the delta netcode, the patch also adds a "remove
clause" button to the diplomacy popup. (this was really annoying me :)

The last version of this patch had the diplomacy popup completely broken
due to my misunderstanding the dsend_* calls, but I believe I've fixed them.

Oh, this is a diff against the freeciv-cvs-Nov-28.tar.bz2 package.
