Hello friends, 
i am working in a optimum topology for freeciv ( math optimum) based in 
a Pierce-Quincuncial projection, see #6721 and #6719
i need 2 vars, probably map.topo_xfactor and map.topo_yfactor wath you 
thinks ?
see the maps samples and the doc in #6719 (the maps are from freeciv 14.
1 no tested in CVS version)
