I propose 2 more ocean types:  soft and hard ice, in the soft ice only spetials 
naval unit can travel, 
in the hard one only underwater units cant travel but no rest, if a underwater 
end the turn in ice this 
units is lost.

i need this type of sea for make liquids poles in the quincuntial topology. 
(the nort pole of eart) 
sea the maps in in the tickets 6719 for a over view
