CVS BETA/HEAD
IMHO stealing technologies (either with diplomats or conquer cities) gives a
far too big advantage, because it gives a random (?) tech. It should give
only techs which are sunsequently following techs the thief already owns,
i.e. only give techs for which the thief has the requirement techs already
researched/stolen.
Laying back more the 10 techs in a game, the first 2 techs I got are
automobile and explosives.
