It behaves strangely around the wrapping border.

GTK2, CVS.

Get yourself a small map.  First of all, you cannot scroll beyond the
wrapping border (i.e. x = 0 scrollign left and xsize-1 scrolling right) in
X-direction using the left-right buttons on the scroll bar.  

Then, once you've scrolled as far right (say) as you can, you can try
right-clicking on the tiles to center around, say (xsize-1, 10).  If the
client can, it will re-center in Y-direction and leave X the same (so you
will not see (0, 10)).  If it cannot re-center in Y-direction, it will
begrudgingly aggre to re-center in X-direction.
