What about other units that lose their transport?
I suppose there are no such scenarios in the current code/rulesets, but...
What if a warriors is in a tririeme in the sea on a sea city, and the
tririeme is disbanded? The warriors survive but are no longer transported.
What if a warriors is in a tririeme with two other tririemes at the same
tile, and the original tririeme is disbanded? The warriors will be
moved into another tririeme, but should they be unsentried so that the
user can properly resituate them (using the proposed 'load' command)?
