[Freeciv-Dev] Design Board has been chosen

Thank you everyone who sent in nominations for the design board. We got a
lot of very qualified nominations, so choosing just three of them was a
hard and painful job.

The design board will consist of Thomas Strub, Christian Knoke and
Genevieve Gracian.
