Not quite yet. At least gen effects, your connect dialog and the veteran
levels patch are scheduled to go in before feature freeze hits. The plan
is to release 1.15.0 for xmas.

There is likely to be a 1.14.1 release before that time, to fix some bugs
and add teams.
