Hi,

 

 

I would like to contribute to freeciv, adding nations.

 

Could you please tell me what is the exact format of a flag :

- size

- extension .png

- directory and name in the freeciv tree

- is the flag surrounded by black lines

 

Could you send me an exemple ?
