In Long turn Freeciv I'm currently playing, the turn ends happen at
midnight. Because I connect only for a while in the afternoon, I lose
turn-started messages and maybe also science reports, history reports etc.
Could not be some kind of a buffer implemented in Freeciv? What do you
think?
