Just enter

        set endyear 3000

in the server window, or, in the client,

        /set endyear 3000

Obviously you have to do that *before* you reach 2000.

Option: endyear  -  Year the game ends
Status: changeable
Value: 2000, Minimum: -4000, Default: 2000, Maximum: 5000
