Hi!

I've taken leader and city names from various web pages, would be nice
if someone could check if they're correct...

The mainland cities are named first, then colonies.

Colonies aren't in a special order. Some of them are already in
carthaginian.ruleset, but this shouldn't be a problem. If someone
wants to rearrange cities, feel free to do so.
