Yes, an interesting one. Maybe you want to write a iceland.ruleset file, for
the inclusion in Freeciv, yourself? You're probably the first one who asks.

Look into the data/nation/ directory on your disk, and use the same format
like another nation file in there. If you need help, just ask.
